From APS we have the Super Dynamic Unit (SDU) 2.0 MOSFET in its rear wired configuration for the eSilver Edge Gearbox.
This MOSFET is built into the casing of the gearbox and uses magnets located in the gearset and micro trigger switch to deliver a quick trigger response and reliable cycling. It offers some basic programming in the form of different fire modes accessed by hitting the button located on the underside of the gearbox which can be seen through the mag well. There is a total of 9 Fire Selector configurations. In addition to this programming it also features current and voltage monitiors so that no matter the battery in use, the MOSFET will keep the Amp and Voltage in the system stable.
This is a Propritary MOSFET for the eSilver Edge Gearbox only.
Programming
First, Through the mag well, look up to the bottom of the gearbox and locate the visible button.
To change the fire mode, press and hold this button until you see a red LED come on and continue to hold until it is blinking 2 times and release the button to accept the changes. Repeat to continue to your desired fire mode.
You can reset the MOSFET back to its Factory settings by double clicking the button.
Mode 1 - SAFE-SEMI-AUTO
Mode 2 - SAFE-SEMI-3RND BURST
Mode 3 - SAFE-2RND BURST-3RND BURST
Mode 4 - SAFE-3RND BURST- AUTO
Mode 5 - SAFE-3RND BURST-9RND BURST
