The L85 A3
The L85 A3 is the latest version of the UK’s Standard Infantry Rifle that has built on the A2 Variant with improvements to the rifles durability and reliability. The G&G Replica of the L85 A3 faithfully replicates its real world counter part with its aluminium MLOK hand guard, monolithic picatinny rails and dual tone OD and Tan colour scheme alongside all the standard characteristics which have defined the L85 Series of RIFs. The stamped metal receiver set alongside numerous other metal components paired with G&G’s quality polymer and rubber furniture give this replica a great fit and finish alongside a solid weight of approximately 3.5KGs. Overall, this should prove to be the L85 A3 Replica to have.

The Internals
The G&G L85 A3 is built on G&Gs G2 Ver.L85 Gearbox and features an updated L85 ETU and MOSFET Control System. G&G’s G2 Ver.L85 Gearbox has a split gearbox design and does feature changes when compared to earlier L85 Gearboxes such as it not having Electric Blow Back functionality although the moulding for this is still present. The L85 ETU and MOSFET is programmable with 3 and 5 round BURST Features, 8-Stage Pre-Cocking options as well as Motor Break functionality. Outside of the Gearbox this AEG features G&G’s Rotary Polymer Hop Unit, Cold-Resistant Hop Rubber and 510mm Inner Barrel.
