Servicing, Repairs and Upgrades

We offer servicing and repair work for the vast majority of products in the airsoft and paintball market. This now includes upgrades (primarily for the airsoft market).

Note to airsofters: We get a lot of people asking up to upgrade their airsoft gun to borderline legal limits, or perform other upgrade work. While we are quite happy to fit parts for you, please do be aware that we are limited to a maximum of 11m to test over due to the size of our building. This means that if you send your sniper in to us, and ask us to upgrade it to range 100m+, we cannot test if we are close to this.

All airsoft guns that we return to you will meet the "Skirmishable Condition" tests we set out below:

300-350 fps on a 0.2g BB (unless otherwise agreed)
No visible deviation over the 11m we have available to us
No unhealthy sounds from the gearbox.
For items with Mosfet systems/ETUs: These will have been calibrated by us where applicable, but will otherwise ship with factory defaults unless specific settings are requested.

All work is chargeable, both parts and labour. This system will not allow you to specify parts to use for repair work and we aim to select the most appropriate part. If you wish to specify parts to use as part of the works, please add them to your basket along with the servicing work. Parts that cannot be fitted, but have been ordered will be returned with your items.
